They sure are. Every mugshot comes straight from the photo you send us, so it genuinely looks like your pet. The name and crime on the slate are added as real text, not baked into the picture, so the spelling always comes out right.

A clear, well-lit shot where you can see your pet’s face and shoulders. JPG, PNG, and HEIC files all work, up to 10 MB, and you can crop things exactly how you want before checkout.

Yes. Stripe handles every payment, so we never see or store your card number. The photo is only ever used to make mugshots, it’s deleted automatically within 30 days to give you ample time to save or edit anything! You can always remove it yourself anytime at /account/delete or by emailing support@petperps.com.

Not thrilled with how your mugshots turned out? Just reach out to our email and we’ll give you a free regeneration, no fuss. Beyond that, because each order is made and delivered the moment you pay, purchases are generally non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to try to make it right.
